Mississippi Hippy
This is a quintessential brewer's brewery, where simplicity meets quality. While it may not boast extravagant décor, it offers an impressive and diverse selection of beers that craft enthusiasts will appreciate. On my most recent visit, I was thrilled to discover Smoke beer on tap, made with imported smoked barley sourced from the renowned brewing town of Bamberg, Germany. The unique flavor profile of this brew was delightful, and it paired beautifully with a tantalizing Saison that I couldn't resist. There was an enticing array of other beers available as well, each calling out for a return visit to explore their offerings further.
